Assist HR team to handle all-rounded operations duties including talent acquisition based on business units requirements in line with company direction.
Identify talents and manage employee life cycle effectively from recruitment and selection, offer management, on and off boarding, staff engagement as well as performance management.
Market intelligent to improve talent acquisition and HR related strategies.
Provide professional advice and support to HR team and employees.
Assist to coordinate and execute various employee engagement, employee relations and social responsibility programs and activities.
Responsible for HR reports, presentations and analysis for management review.
Support and participates in HR digital projects when necessary.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a role of HR generalist
In-depth understanding of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other HR related regulations
Proactive, good sensitive with figures, well organized with excellent interpersonal and communications skills
Superb command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Proficient in computer software
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Human Resources Executive
