Job Description:

  • Assist HR team to handle all-rounded operations duties including talent acquisition based on business units requirements in line with company direction.
  • Identify talents and manage employee life cycle effectively from recruitment and selection, offer management, on and off boarding, staff engagement as well as performance management.
  • Market intelligent to improve talent acquisition and HR related strategies.
  • Provide professional advice and support to HR team and employees.
  • Assist to coordinate and execute various employee engagement, employee relations and social responsibility programs and activities.
  • Responsible for HR reports, presentations and analysis for management review.
  • Support and participates in HR digital projects when necessary.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a role of HR generalist
  • In-depth understanding of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other HR related regulations
  • Proactive, good sensitive with figures, well organized with excellent interpersonal and communications skills
  • Superb command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in computer software
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Human Resources Executive
