Our client is a Chinese corporate with a focus in life insurance business. To cope with their business expansion, they are now looking for an Assistant Compliance Manager supporting their compliance advisory and AML monitoring.
The incumbent will be reporting to Department Head directly.
Job Description:
- Assist Department Head to formulate Agency business plan to develop and expand agency force.
- Drive agency’s activities and productivity to achieve business expansion target.
- Implement and promote agency initiatives, raise suggestions and ideas / agency issues as well as workflow review.
- Provide professional service and support to agency, and liaise with internal departments to resolve complex matters.
- Maintain good relationship with agency and provide support accordingly.
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder with at least 3 years’ experience in distribution support or frontline sales is absolutely an advantage.
- Prior compliance experiences in insurance firms is highly recommended.
- Proactive with excellent communication and public speaking skills.
- Process with strategical thinking with strong planning, organizing, influencing and adaptable in a result oriented environment.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin.
- Candidates with more experience can be considered as an Assistant Manager.
