Job Description:
- Design, configure, and implement complex network infrastructure solutions to meet business needs, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.
- Provide technical guidance and expertise in network design, troubleshooting, and optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including system administrators, security analysts, and application developers, to ensure seamless integration and performance of network systems.
- Conduct network assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities, recommend improvements, and implement best practices for network performance, reliability, and security.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in network technologies and protocols, staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, making recommendations for network infrastructure enhancements, and providing support for server and network installation, deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree holder
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Suites, Red Hat Linux, NetApp storage and TCP/IP in LAN/WAN network environment
- Hands-on technical experience with Switch, Router, IPS/IDS, Firewall, Load Balancer, network monitoring and troubleshooting
- 4+ years of working experience in the network administration and support
- Proven track record with network infrastructure projects and service delivery.
- Willing to work occasionally on evening and holiday shift duties for supporting operation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese and English.
