Act as a bridge to work closely with channel partners to plan, formulate and support business strategies to achieve the business goal and target.
The incumbent will be reporting to Director directly.
Job Description:
- Lead the team providing channel service support including bank and telemarketing channels, after-sales, policy service and ad-hoc issues.
- Responsible for partnership management and managing insurance administration, support, application, compensation settlement and complex complaint handling.
- Implement, execute and streamline sales and operation workflow process to comply with regulatory and compliance requirements, guidelines and service quality.
- Responsible for project management on development and enhancement of sales platform system, policy administration system and MIS reporting system
- Support ad-hoc assignment and campaigns when necessary.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in any discipline with minimum 12 years of insurance and banking exposure
- Processed with Life insurance operation, administration and project management experience
- Experience in bancassurance will be an advantage
- Strong project and people management, a good team player, passionate, independent in driving and handling counterparts
- Excellent problem solving and communications skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English
