Utilising resources allocated to be accountable for the successful delivery of the project in terms of time, cost and quality
Developing a plan to achieve the deliverables and then implementing the plan, ensuring that progress is maintained in line with objectives
Overall responsibility for managing projects as assigned
Drive the planning and execution of the work for specific projects within the overall IT and company strategy change management programme (develop project plans and manage project deliverables)
Provide input to IT Strategy team on future technology roadmaps
Responsible for the deployment and execution of IT Infrastructure
Act as an escalation point for project risk and issues
Resolve cross-functional issues at project level where necessary
Strong oversight of project scope and change control
Monitor project progress and performance from a benefit realisation, time, cost and quality perspective
Implements strategic policies by leveraging best practice frameworks, methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results
Job Requirements:
Bachelor Degree holder
8+ years of working experience in IT Infrastructure Management area with Financial Services industry
Proven experience in leading and executing the implementation of large technology solutions
Experience in leading cross functional teams in a multi-vendor, multi-stakeholder environment
Experienced in a technology leadership role managing people directly or indirectly
Experience with cloud enablement & migration is highly preferred
Experience with Microsoft products, O365, Virtualization Technology, HCI, Devops, OpenShift platform, JIRA, Server Monitoring, SAN management, Encryption technology, MDM, System Management, Backup & Disaster Recovery solution
Strong knowledge in security principles, compliance and risk management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
