Job Description:
- Formulate and implement sales schemes and incentive programs for sales staff of Personal Banking
- Participate in business data analysis and generate periodical reports for management on monitoring the sales performance
- Analyzes sales performance and processes and identifies improvement opportunities
- Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned
- Liaise and negotiate with other department on key performance indicators
- Assist in plan and execute the key performance indicators of branch network and related staff
- Implement the policy of key performance indicators, which included to formulate the guideline of reward, punishment, the follow-up mechanism, etc
- Provide the report of key performance indicators
- Assist in executing the policy of key performance indicators, developing and enhancing the system
Job Requirements:
- University graduate in Quantitative Finance, Statistics or related disciplines
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in quantitative related disciplines in financial institution and with experience in branch/sale management is preferred
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skill
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficiency in Computing Skill in Microsoft Offices including Access, Chinese typing skills
- Hands-on experience in usage of SAS, VBA and SQL
