Our client, a leading bank, is looking for a Senior Manager / Manager to join their Solution Sales Management team to cope with the company’s expansion.
Job Description:
- Responsible for business development and client relationship management for potential clients in AI solution business (included AI neural networks development, Computer Vision, IOT, and Big Data Analytics related technologies)
- Contacting potential clients to establish a business relationship and meet with them
- Develop new business development and sales strategies in planning and achieving company’s sales target
- Perform market research the latest in the AI business industry and creating new opportunities for business expansion
- Collaborate with sales and design team to ensure requirements are met, such as sales numbers and profit goals
- Provide coaching and training team sales to improve sales goals and meet expectations
- Strong understanding of company products as well as business position and competition to keep business competitive
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in IT, Business, Sales & Marketing discipline or related
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in IT solution sales is preferred
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful business development and sales strategies
- Experience in business development/sales/key account management in a consumer facing online and offline retail/FMCG/Financial services industry will be an advantage;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill;
- Knowledge in Data Analytics, Data Modeling, AI and IOT is a big plus
- Strong leadership with great analytical mind, organizational skills and strong commercial acumen;
- Self-motivated, aggressive, independent and customer-oriented;
- Excellent communications, presentation and interpersonal skills;
- Fluent in both English and Cantonese are required. Fluency in Mandarin will definitely be a plus.
