A Well-known Life insurance company is seeking for a distribution manager to provide all round support to their broker channel targeting High Net Worth business.
The incumbent will be reporting to Departmental Head directly.
Job Description:
- Work with leaders of Broker & IFA to implement business strategy that meets business requirements of brokers and IFAs.
- To develop and deliver business plans to achieve sales target on an ongoing basis.
- Proactively communicate with stakeholders to collect market data and information for all business related areas.
- Work closely with stakeholders and provide necessary supports including products training, new application and ongoing policy administration and support.
- Participates in ad-hoc project when required.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in any discipline.
- Solid experience in insurance environment serving IFA / broker channel.
- Proactive, Flexible with Fast Learning, Independent and able to work in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent language ability in written and spoken Chinese and English.
- Sound knowledge in using MS office.
