Our client is currently looking for an expertise working in between the insurance company and sales channels to match both interests with a focus in Life insurance business (HNW Segment).
The incumbent will be reporting to Departmental Head.
Job Description:
- Develop and maintain professional relationship with insurance brokers.
- To drive all distribution activities to make sure new product launch smoothly and successfully.
- To identify potential business partners with strategic alignment to expand distribution network.
- Manage and lead sales driven initiatives and activities including branch visit and on-site field coaching.
- Conduct sales skills and products training to sales staff to promote life insurance services.
- Work with internal supporting team including keep update of relevant compliance requirement to maintain a high level of service standard.
- Maintain relationships with partners, partners’ management, key frontline staff and customers.
- Analyze on sales and market trend, regulatory environment and provide solution to capture any emerging opportunities.
Job Requirements:
- University degree with minimum 6 years relevant working experience.
- Professional qualification in IIQE is preferable.
- Possess with solid experience in business development in Channel / Broker business.
- Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English and Chinese including Putonghua.
- Good knowledge in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Manager
