The incumbent will maintain strong relationship with agency and maximize production with Employee Benefits focus.
The position will be reporting to department head directly.
Job Description:
- Develop business plan and strategies for a portfolio of agency to achieve agency penetration and sales production targets.
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting, proposal preparation, and client’s presentation to after sales service including policy renewal.
- To conduct regular sales training and provide professional expertise to agency
- Coach and mentor team members
- Participates in special projects when necessary.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent with minimum 12 years of experience preferably in insurance industry
- Possessed with insurance professional qualification or equivalent
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, proactive, willing to learn and able to work under pressure.
- Passionate in building relationship with agency
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Familiar with computer literacy and Chinese typing
