Job Description:
- Collaborate with teams to gather and translate business needs into user experience and design solutions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in design workflows.
- Ensure smooth integration of design elements with developers.
- Create and maintain design documentation, including user flows and specifications.
- Design cohesive customer journeys across multiple digital products and service channels.
- Conduct user research and rapid prototyping to validate design concepts and enhance customer experience.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in design, data analytics, or a related field.
- Over 8 years of experience in corporate or consulting environments, with 3+ years in digital customer service project management.
- Proficiency in Adobe suite for design and data analytics.
- Relevant certifications in Design Thinking or Project Management are preferred.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills with internal and external teams.
- Fluent in English and Chinese, with excellent communication abilities.
