Our client, a leading banking group, is urgently looking for a Risk Manager to join their credit risk team.
Job Description:
- Analyze and review credits for Credit Committee and approve credits below Credit Committee
- Manage & enhance the credit management system
- Attend Credit Committee Meeting as applicable
- Manage the credit control on large credit exposure account (e.g., follow up compliance of approval convenants / conditions, periodical interim review of financial status)
- Provide comments on loaning manuals / credit policies & related procedures of other divisions / departments / subsidiaries
- Manage internal operation such as uplift of operation efficiecncy; staff motivation and development; allocation of duties; refinement of operations system and procedures
- Co-ordinate / co-operate with internal / external control units for internal / external audit work; HKMA periodic review / ad hoc review / on-site examination
Job Requirements:
- University degree in business administration, banking, accounting or finance
- Minimum 10 years credit approval experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of credit analysis and credit management
- Prudent, initiative, open-minded
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
