Our Client:
We are looking for a seasoned professional to join our team in a pivotal role within our sales and merchandising department, with a special focus on the sweater industry. Based in Vietnam.
Job Description:
- Establish and maintain sales relationships with major accounts/customers.
- Identify and seek new business opportunities.
- Develop competitive sales proposals to enhance overall profitability.
- Strong experience in costing, sourcing, and developing sweaters.
- Manage sales reports and forecasts, achieve business targets.
- Good technical background and communication skills with overseas manufacturing units and customers.
Job Requirements:
- At least 10-15 years of related merchandising experience in the sweater industry with a factory background.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, Chinese, and Mandarin.
- Degree holder or above.
- Good team player with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment.
- Well-organized with good analytical skills, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, independent, proactive, responsible, and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Good command of Vietnamese is preferable.
- Experience in stationing in a factory is highly preferable.
