Job Description:
- Provide quality customer service to retail customers.
- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions and services proactively.
- Acquire new business and strengthen customer loyalty by participate various promotional campaign and events.
- Maintain awareness of operational risks and adhere to company policies and guidelines.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor or Associate degree holders; or HKCEE / HKDSE holders with at least one year of working experience, preferably in financial institution or related discipline.
- Professional qualification in insurance and investment is an advantage
- Sales driven, self-motivated with good ability to handle complex situation and dedicated to deliver exceptional quality services for customers.
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese with proficiency in Putonghua an advantage.
