Our client, a leading bank, is looking for a Relationship Manager to join their Corporate Banking team to cope with the bank’s expansion.
Job Description:
- Promote the FI products and cross selling bank products to other banks/non-bank FI
- Explore business opportunities with prospective customers and establish long-term relationship so as to meet the sales and revenue objective.
- Develop and implement marketing plan to meet the sales and revenue targets.
- Research and develop new product innovation related to institutional clients.
- Prepare credit proposal and conduct risk analysis for bank clients.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop / upgrade products and the respective system support to meet client’s need.
- Ensure control requirements of the business are adhered to in line with compliance and internal policy.
- Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by senior management.
Job Requirements:
- University graduate in Business Administration, Finance, or related disciplines
- At least 3 years solid experience in FI / non-bank FI field.
- Excellent credit analysis and marketing skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good computer skills, e.g. Excel, Word, Chinese word typing.
- Sound business sense with proven track record.
- Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Managers.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, independent, and able to work under pressure
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese; Putonghua a must
