We are seeking a dynamic individual for new client acquisition through lead generation and conversion using TicTas travel technology solutions for online and offline travel agencies.
Job Description:
- Acquire new clients through lead generation and conversion using TicTas travel technology solutions for both online and offline travel agencies.
- Develop and implement short- and long-term sales plans to consistently achieve revenue targets.
- Actively seek opportunities to upsell and cross-sell to existing customers.
- Expand the sales pipeline by obtaining referrals from the current customer base.
- Maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders in key accounts within a geographically defined territory.
- Recognize customer needs and offer insights for product portfolio improvements based on customer feedback.
- Gather and provide valuable market information and intelligence.
- Deliver professional, accurate, and timely responses to customers.
- Ensure full compliance with all internal processes.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a travel intermediary role, preferably with an online travel agency.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Understanding of GDS products is an added advantage.
- Strong command of Mandarin, English, and Cantonese.
- Higher Diploma or above is preferred.
