Job Description:
- Oversee and coordinate every aspect of the development process, including planning, design, construction, and completion. Ensure that all project phases are executed according to established timelines and specifications.
- Manage the acquisition of necessary approvals from the Building Department and ensure adherence to local building codes and regulations. Act as a liaison with government bodies, regulatory agencies, and consultants as needed.
- Serve as the primary contact for all project stakeholders, including the principal, contractors, consultants, and government entities. Ensure effective communication and resolution of any outstanding issues.
- Develop and oversee the project budget to prevent cost overruns. Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving measures without sacrificing quality.
- Uphold high standards of construction quality, comfort, and aesthetics, ensuring that all work meets specified requirements and industry standards.
- Incorporate sustainable building practices, smart building management systems, and climate control technologies to enhance efficiency and sustainability.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, specifically in luxury residential projects.
- Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion.
- Strong understanding of building regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
