Job Description:

  • Lead, manage, coach Project management Office (PMO) team members including Business Analysts and Assistant Project Managers
  • Manage the project management methodologies, controls and procedures
  • Ensure preventive and corrective actions are implemented to keep projects on schedule and within budget
  • Provide regular project status reporting to stakeholders


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree holder
  • 5+ years of working experience in project management, PMO experience is a plus
  • Experienced in team leading
  • Sound knowledge in retail banking business workflow / products / operations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
