Contract Project Manager (deskside projects / mobility enhancement project), 1-year renewable, Retail Bank
- Experience with Desktop / Laptop migration project, VDI, Wireless Lan is highly preferred
- Formulate, direct, manage and oversee the projects and operations of Information Technology Infrastructure
- Assist in assessing the current and long term infrastructure and IT needs
- Ensure that information technology support entities perform to the satisfaction of its users and management in conjunction with banking and regulatory standards
- Manage the production support function including establishing procedures, monitoring, troubleshooting issues and escalation with internal teams
Permanent IT Operations Manager / System Administrator, permanent position, Retail Bank
- System / Server support and maintenance
- Participate in IT infrastructure project delivery and implementation
- Support bank system (such as SWIFT) including installation, configuration, testing and troubleshooting
- Backup Software and Storage products support
Job Requirements:
- Higher Diploma / Degree holder in Computer Science or related disciplines
- Experience in IT infrastructure design, delivery and Operations with Bank / Insurance / Financial Services Industry
- Strong understanding of servers, storage system, network, IT security, and regulatory compliance
- Proven experience working in complex and dynamic environments
- Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
