Job Description:

  • Drive transformation and business process reengineering projects
  • Design solution and develop work plans for projects, identifies resource requirements
  • Conduct feasibility studies and draft proposals for evaluation and planning
  • Keep track and monitor the progress of projects to meet negotiated and targeted deadlines and deliverables.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree holder
  • 5+ years of Business Process management, Change management, Operations Development
  • Proven track record of successful end-to-end delivery of complex, highly regulated projects across a range of business areas
  • Experience in managing large scale re-engineering projects
  • Strong change management and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skill
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
