Job Description:
- Lead a team of Business Analysts / Assistant Project Managers to provide project management and internal consultancy services on project /systems implementation, workflow design, and process re-engineering in various business areas
- Actively monitor the project scope and resources to meet the project schedule and budget
- Prepare bank rules, operating procedures and business agreements etc.,
- Assist in exploring and developing new business and improvement opportunities
- Assess and advise the practicality of technical initiative from business perspective
- Compile and conduct presentation for meeting purpose
- Liaise with the IT teams and user groups on user requirements, computer application design and its implementation, problem solving and training
Job Requirements:
- University education in business administration, banking or finance-related discipline or information technology
- Strong business analytical and project management skills
- 7+ years experience in project management and drafting of policy and operating procedures
- Have experience in retail banking system will be added advantage
- Good command of written English, and fluency in spoken English
