Job Description:
- Manage the IT project management methodologies, controls and procedures
- Conduct detailed business analysis and problem-solving in support of projects to maintain progress and guide others
- Manage stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle to ensure all invested parties are apprised of progress and issues are resolved in a timely manner
- Ensure preventive and corrective actions are implemented to keep projects on schedule and within budget
- Prepare reports to senior management executives
- Vendor management
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree holder
- 2+ years IT project management experience with Bank industry
- Knowledge in PMP, Agile or waterfall is preferred
- Sound knowledge in SDLC
- Proven experience in Bank IT projects / Digital / Transformation / Fintech / Bank business side project implementation and delivery
- Good team player and able to work under pressure and tight schedules
- Good report writing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
