Our Client:

Job Description:

  • Develop, review, and update organizational policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather input and feedback on policy drafts.
  • Monitor the implementation of policies and assess their effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate records of policy documents and revisions.
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform policy development.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in policy administration.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years’ of experience in policy development or administration.
  • Team player with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and policy management software.

Languages
Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
