Job Description:
- Develop, review, and update organizational policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather input and feedback on policy drafts.
- Monitor the implementation of policies and assess their effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate records of policy documents and revisions.
- Conduct research and analysis to inform policy development.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in policy administration.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ of experience in policy development or administration.
- Team player with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and policy management software.
