Job Description:
- Keep informed about emerging Fintech trends, innovations, and solutions. Continuously assess new technologies for their relevance and impact on the bank.
- Work with senior leaders to formulate and implement the bank’s digital transformation strategy. Identify ways to utilize Fintech to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Oversee the review and selection of Fintech partners and solutions. Manage the complete integration process, including gathering requirements and implementing solutions.
- Apply project management techniques to Fintech and digital transformation projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget while meeting business goals.
- Create and execute change management plans to facilitate the adoption of new Fintech solutions organization-wide. Provide training and support for end-users.
- Collaborate with diverse teams, including IT, operations, and compliance, to align on Fintech initiatives and ensure effective integration across the organization.
Job Requirements:
- University degree in Business, Computer Science, Information technology and/or related disciplines
- 8+ years of experience in the banking or financial services domain, with robust knowledge of banking operations and technology.
- 5+ years of experience in directing Fintech projects and digital transformation activities.
- Demonstrated skill in evaluating, integrating, and applying Fintech solutions to enhance business value.
- A strong enthusiasm for innovation, with a track record of leading successful digital transformation efforts.
- Experience in managing transformation programs within a change delivery framework.
- Excellent project management capabilities, adept at leading cross-functional teams and handling various priorities, ideally within the banking sector.
- Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
