Job Description:
- Gather and document detailed functional requirements, and analyze current business processes to identify improvement opportunities
- Configure the Oracle Utilities application to meet the defined requirements, including data models, business rules, user interfaces, and integrations
- Develop functional design specifications, test plans, and conduct thorough testing to ensure the solution meets requirements
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to the business and IT teams, and offer post-go-live support to address functional issues and change requests
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth integration of the system with other enterprise applications, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree holder
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Oracle Utilities Functional Consultant, with a focus on the Meter Data Management (MDM) module, Customer Care & Bulling (CC&B), Customer to Meter (C2M) or Customer Cloud Service (CCS) is highly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of the Oracle Utilities application, including its architecture, data models, and key functionalities
- Proficient in gathering and documenting functional requirements, designing solutions, and translating them into technical configurations
- Proven experience in configuring and customizing the Oracle Utilities application to meet specific business needs
- Experienced in implementation and upgrade projects
- Project management and training delivery skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English
