Job Description:

  • Gather and document functional requirements from business stakeholders
  • Design and configure Oracle CX Cloud applications to meet requirements
  • Customize and extend CX applications using tools like Fusion Middleware and visual configuration
  • Test configured solutions to ensure they meet business needs
  • Provide end-user training and ongoing support
  • Participate in project planning and management activities
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest Oracle CX product features and capabilities

Job Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as an Oracle CX Functional Consultant or similar role
  • Deep understanding of the Oracle CX product suite
  • Ability to translate business requirements into functional designs and technical configurations
  • Experience with configuration tools like Customization Manager, Page Composer, etc.
  • Project management and training delivery skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English

Languages
Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
