Job Description:
- Gather and document functional requirements from business stakeholders
- Design and configure Oracle CX Cloud applications to meet requirements
- Customize and extend CX applications using tools like Fusion Middleware and visual configuration
- Test configured solutions to ensure they meet business needs
- Provide end-user training and ongoing support
- Participate in project planning and management activities
- Stay up-to-date on the latest Oracle CX product features and capabilities
Job Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as an Oracle CX Functional Consultant or similar role
- Deep understanding of the Oracle CX product suite
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional designs and technical configurations
- Experience with configuration tools like Customization Manager, Page Composer, etc.
- Project management and training delivery skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English
