Job Description:
- Database Design and Implementation: Design and implement databases to support the bank’s business operations, ensuring that they are optimized for performance and security.
- Security Management: Ensure that the bank’s databases are secure and that proper access controls are in place to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure of confidential information.
- Backup and Recovery: Develop and implement backup and recovery procedures to ensure that data is protected and can be recovered in the event of a failure or disaster.
- Performance Tuning: Monitor database performance and tune the system to ensure that it meets performance requirements.
- User Support: Provide technical support to users of the bank’s database systems, ensuring that their issues are resolved in a timely and effective manner.
Job Requirements:
- University degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
- Strong technical skills in database design, implementation, and administration are essential, as well as experience with database management systems such as Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server.
- Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills
- Excellent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
