Job Description:
- Oversee daily service delivery for Oracle SaaS applications and manage a team to drive best practices and agile operations.
- Collaborate with business Process Owners and stakeholders to enhance user experience and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Lead technical architecture efforts, ensuring alignment with digital design principles and security guidelines.
- Manage supplier relationships, monitor performance against KPIs, and facilitate regular service reviews with stakeholders.
- Prioritize and triage support tickets, ensuring efficient incident resolution and a strong understanding of application configurations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to maximize value from investments and manage demand through effective backlog prioritization.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Master’s degree in a related field is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion ERP, EPM, CCS, or OWACs.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle cloud solutions and regular updates.
- Familiarity with core utilities business processes and Oracle support procedures.
- Experience in managing hybrid application landscapes with complex integrations.
- Deep knowledge of ITSM processes and ITIL standards.
- Proven ability to deliver continuous improvement in services.
- Experience managing budgets, supplier contracts, and subscriptions.
- ITIL certification and Oracle certifications preferred.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills, leadership skills, project management skills
