Our client is the largest tour operator for holidays in Switzerland

Job Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with B2B customers and Swiss suppliers
  • Preparing group quotations (providing offers to B2B customers)
  • Handling group operations (booking services with suppliers)
  • Providing assistance in the back office

Job Requirements:

  • Strong customer orientation and ability to work well in a team
  • Highly motivated, open-minded, and focused on problem-solving
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Proficiency in verbal and written English and Mandarin
  • Competent in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook), and willingness to learn the company’s internal systems
  • Good team player
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in tour operations
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Background in group operations
  • Proficiency in verbal and written Cantonese
  • Knowledge of Switzerland as a destination
  • Proficiency in other languages such as Japanese, Korean, or Thai

Languages

Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
