Our client is the largest tour operator for holidays in Switzerland
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicating with B2B customers and Swiss suppliers
- Preparing group quotations (providing offers to B2B customers)
- Handling group operations (booking services with suppliers)
- Providing assistance in the back office
Job Requirements:
- Strong customer orientation and ability to work well in a team
- Highly motivated, open-minded, and focused on problem-solving
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Proficiency in verbal and written English and Mandarin
- Competent in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook), and willingness to learn the company’s internal systems
- Good team player
- Minimum 2 years of experience in tour operations
- Ability to work under pressure
- Background in group operations
- Proficiency in verbal and written Cantonese
- Knowledge of Switzerland as a destination
- Proficiency in other languages such as Japanese, Korean, or Thai
