Our client – a Life insurance company is currently looking for an officer supporting their policy administration team.
The incumbent will be reporting to Manager directly.
Job Description:
- Handle policy alterations including non-financial changes, financial changes and unit-link transactions etc.
- Handle premium suspense as reported in the batch reports or suspense reports.
- Prepare outgoing correspondences as well as answer enquiries from agents and brokers.
- Participate in ad-hoc project assigned where necessary.
Job Requirements:
- University graduated is preferable.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in life insurance field with relevant experience in handling policy alteration requests or unit-link transactions.
- Responsible and able to work independently with minimal supervision and work under pressure.
- Good knowledge of PC applications including MS Office and Chinese typing.
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
