Our client – a Life insurance company is currently looking for an officer supporting their policy administration team.
The incumbent will be reporting to Manager directly.

 

Job Description:

  • Handle policy alterations including non-financial changes, financial changes and unit-link transactions etc.
  • Handle premium suspense as reported in the batch reports or suspense reports.
  • Prepare outgoing correspondences as well as answer enquiries from agents and brokers.
  • Participate in ad-hoc project assigned where necessary.

 

Job Requirements:

  • University graduated is preferable.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in life insurance field with relevant experience in handling policy alteration requests or unit-link transactions.
  • Responsible and able to work independently with minimal supervision and work under pressure.
  • Good knowledge of PC applications including MS Office and Chinese typing.
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
