Our Insurance client is seeking a suitable applicant to join their elite team. The candidate is responsible for:
Job Description:
- Ensure successful implementation of all initiatives and projects in smooth transition or migration
- Lead day to day network and voice services operations
- Monitor core services to ensure pre-defined service levels are met
- Handle the troubleshooting of technical issues until its full closure
- Perform vendor governance including service level compliance, contract pricing, delivery progress, and improvement opportunities
- Ensure network and voice infrastructure are all running at the optimum level with sufficient expansion capacities
Job Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or related discipline
- At least 5 years of experience in managing network and voice infrastructure equipment, systems and software required
- Experience in executing network technology rollouts in multi locations enterprise environment is strongly desired
- CCNA or above certification is an advantage
- Knowledge of administrating the network equipment such as LAN/WAN switch, CheckPoint firewall, F5 load balancer, VPN, and router
- Knowledge of IP telephony (IPT) technologies, enterprise security management
- Working knowledge in network management and administration, hardware, and software utilized throughout the company
- Knowledge of voice and data hardware, software and services to include company telecommunications equipment, servers, networking, application systems
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with all level of people
- Good command of both English and Chinese
