Our client, a International bank, is looking for a Mortgage Specialist /Relationship Manager to join their Offshore Banking team to cope with the bank’s expansion.
Job Description:
- Achieve the yearly assigned revenue target
- Explore business opportunities with prospective customers and establish long-term relationship so as to meet the sales and revenue objective.
- Solicit mortgage business opportunities to achieve individual targets.
- Ensure the business is conducted in a manner compliant with HKMA Rules, Credit Policy, Procedures and Codes of Conduct
- Sound Knowledge in bonds, unit trust, ELN, ELI and Insurance
- Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by senior management.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above with at least 3 years of sales experience preferably in Local and/or Overseas Property Finance
- Equipped with HKMA license Type 1 and IIQE Paper 1,2,3,5
- Sound knowledge of banking products, such as FX, investment and insurance products
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
- Self-motivated, independent, and able to work under pressure
