Our client, a leading banking group, is urgently looking for the Manager to join their consumer assets team.
Job Description:
- Formulate product, marketing and pricing strategies for secured lending products including mortgages, secured overdraft and premium financing
- Develop new products or enhance existing products to meet customer needs; collaborate with various parties including Credit, Legal & Compliance, Finance etc. for product development
- Plan and implement marketing activities through various channels including e-channels, telemarketing, direct mailing, etc.
- Keep abreast of the latest development of secured loan business and conduct market intelligence to formulate product strategies to meet customers’ demand
Job Requirements:
- University degree in a related discipline or other relevant qualifications
- Minimum 8 years’ retail banking experience, experience in retail secured lending or wealth management products is a plus
- Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Strong self-motivation, creativity and ability to work under pressure
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese
- Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
