Our client, a leading bank, is looking for Manager a to join their Wealth Management team to cope with the bank’s expansion.
Job Description:
- Develop, implement and ongoing monitoring/enhancement of wealth management suitability framework to ensure the fulfilment of regulatory/corporate governance
- Responsible for new product approval and vetting of marketing materials from compliance perspective
- Ensure compliance policies and operation procedures are properly implemented and updated
- Provide advisory and consultation to business and support functions to ensure the daily business activities is adhered to the regulatory/corporate governance
- Prepare product governance training materials for frontline staff
- Work in collaboration with other compliance professionals across AML, surveillance and risk management in HK branch on regulatory program
Job Requirements:
- University degree in Finance, Economics or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years’ experience with Bank’s Operations / Compliance / Quality controls
- Knowledge in financial market and investment products
- Familiar with regulatory requirements of the SFC and HKMA is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Self-motivated and details minded
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
