Our client, a leading banking group, is urgently looking for a Manager to join their Finance team.
Job Description:
- Conduct review to identify issues and opportunities for process improvement
- Develop Key Performance Indicators and identify tools and methodologies for effective performance measurement of key processes
- Manage projects and establish internal controls to ensure the quality, timeliness and accuracy of project deliverables
Job Requirements:
- University graduate in Banking, Business Management, Total Quality Management or related discipline
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in process re-engineering and/or operations and process management, of which at least 2 years or above gained from the banking industry/project management
- Proven experience in managing cross-functional projects
- Six Sigma Black Belt or Lean Certification is an advantage
- A good team player, independent, pro-active and creative problem solving ability
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, facilitation and analytical skills
- Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
