Capture user requirement and establish strong business relationships and maintain communication with multiple Business units
Support day-to-day ETL data processing and resolve production issue
Develop and implement data process model (domains, framework), tools and technologies to support capabilities
Provide ideas and deliver solutions to implement data governing strategies and programs
Generate meaningful and insightful management reports
Job Requirements:
University degree holder
3+ years’ of progressively responsible experience in data related analysis, data modelling, data management, data governance or data warehousing with bank / insurance / financial services industry
Hands-on ETL data processing experience
Experience in project management is a big plus
Knowledge in regulatory requirements is an advantage
Strong analytical skills and numerical senses
Proven experience working in complex and dynamic environments
Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
