Our client – a European based MNC is urgently looking for a Personal Assistant supporting their Senior Executive.
Job Description:
- Provide all round secretarial and office management support including office supply and utilities, stationaries, rental contract management etc.
- Support the Senior Executive’s personal tasks including vendor management, travel arrangement and visa application and ad-hoc tasks.
- Work closely with counterparts in China and Hong Kong team.
- Participate in project management when required.
Job Requirements:
- University degree in business related disciplines.
- Knowledge of economic contract, international trade and marketing is an advantage.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua & Cantonese)
- Proactive, attentive to details with strong sense of responsibility.
- Master office software including Word, Excel, PPT, etc.
