Our client is looking for a Life Policy expertise to drive and manage their policy servicing operations.
The incumbent will be reporting to Department head directly.
Job Description:
- Drive and manage the services and improvement of operational efficiency within the policy servicing function.
- Provide one-stop life insurance policy servicing to customers, including enquiries and complaint handling, manual revision, systems testing and regular reports preparation, etc.
- Act as subject matter expert on life insurance policy servicing and provide support to frontline including best practices sharing.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects when required.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree preferably with LOMA qualification or equivalent
- At least 5 years’ relevant experience in life insurance industry with exposure in policy administration and customer service is absolute an advantage
- Knowledge of life insurance products and solid understanding of insurance operations
- Service-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Superb command in both English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua an advantage
- Excellent customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
