A reputable Insurance company is now seeking a claims expertise to join their team handling case and support daily operation.
The incumbent will be report to Department Head directly.
Job Description:
- Responsible for all life claims handling including assess, approve, investigate, follow up as well as provide guidance to sub-ordinates on claims related procedures.
- Handle claims payment within authority.
- Responsible for business data analysis, gathering requirements, scoping, documentation specification review to ensure business objectives are inline.
- Lead and coordinate BAU system enhancement activities to meet business priorities.
- Assist department head in driving initiatives to enhance operations efficiency and customer experience.
- Work with cross-functional teams and external parties to ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with company strategy.
Job Requirements:
- Degree holders in Insurance, medical, management or related disciplines.
- Holder of FLMI or ICA qualification is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of claims experience in Life Insurance Industry familiar in Life and Critical Illnesses claims with at least 2 years in supervisory level.
- Pro-active and a self-starter, able to manage multiple projects to meet deadlines and adaptable in a fast paced environment.
- Superb command in English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills.
