Job Description:
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements in the insurance sector.
- Designing, coding, testing, and debugging high-quality Java applications for insurance-related functionalities.
- Developing and maintaining software components, modules, and integrations using Java frameworks and technologies.
- Participating in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and performance optimization.
- Troubleshooting and resolving software defects and issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborating with QA teams to ensure the delivery of robust and bug-free software applications.
- Providing technical support and guidance to other team members.
- Keeping up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends in the insurance sector.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Java Developer, preferably in the insurance sector.
- Strong knowledge of Java programming language and related frameworks
- Knowledge in insurance-specific technologies and standards
- Familiarity with database systems (e.g., Oracle, MySQL) and SQL queries.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
