Job Description:
- Implementing IT strategies and plans in line with the bank’s overall business objectives
- Overseeing the bank’s IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks
- Ensuring that all IT systems and processes meet regulatory and compliance requirements
- Developing and maintaining disaster recovery plans and business continuity plans
- Managing IT budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness
- Evaluating and implementing new technologies and software to improve IT operations
- Providing technical support to staff and customers, and managing IT vendors and contractors.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in IT infrastructure management and operations, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
- Strong technical knowledge and experience in IT infrastructure and systems, including hardware, software, and networks
- Experience managing and supervising IT operations staff
- Familiarity with ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) and other industry best practices for IT operations management
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical staff
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity, risk management, and regulatory compliance in the banking industry
- Experience managing IT budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness
- Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
