Job Description:
- Provide IT solutions, software development, and implementation services to support business and functional strategies for assigned groups
- Lead digital projects and initiatives as a technical team lead, collaborating with various stakeholders
- Act as a business domain architect to facilitate communication between business groups and the architecture team, driving optimized application designs
- Lead application support efforts to enhance efficiency by leveraging internal and external resources, ensuring agreed service levels are met
- Work cross-functionally to manage business expectations, develop processes and tools for agile and secure application delivery, and provide leadership to motivate and retain technical staff
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree is desirable.
- Preferred credentials include ERP, DevSecOps, PMP, ScrumMaster, ITIL, COBIT, or other relevant disciplines.
- At least 8 years in ERP (SAP or Oracle), 5 years in software engineering, 5 years in application development, and 3 years leading multiple development teams.
- Extensive experience in both agile and waterfall implementation projects.
- Strong communication, influencing, and leadership skills.
- Excels at relationship management, project management, change management, and vendor management.
- Possesses strong strategic planning, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to remain calm and deliberate even in times of high stress, such as during application outages.
- Demonstrates a commitment to continuous learning.
