Job Description:
- Implement network-related projects and ensure effective integration.
- Provide support for daily network operations, including maintenance and equipment repair.
- Participate in planning and managing the bank’s network infrastructure across offices, branches, and data centers.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain stability.
- Prepare documentation for operations and manage vendor performance in line with service level agreements (SLA).
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in company science, information technology, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in network administration and management, preferably in the banking / financial services industry; with CCNA qualification, CCNP is an advantage
- Proficiency in network protocols, security, and infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, firewalls, and cloud services.
- Experience in managing network projects, including planning, implementation, and optimization.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to analyze network performance metrics.
- Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance standards related to IT and network security.
- Ability to manage relationships with third-party service providers and vendors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese and English.
