Job Description:
- Conducting IT audits: Planning and conducting audits of the bank’s IT systems to assess their effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Developing audit plans: Developing an annual audit plan, which outlines the scope, objectives, and timelines for each audit.
- Managing audit teams: Lead a team of IT auditors and oversee their work to ensure that audits are completed within budget and on time.
- Communicating with stakeholders: Communicate audit findings and recommendations to senior management, the board of directors, and other stakeholders.
- Staying up-to-date with industry developments: Stay up-to-date with developments in the IT industry and regulatory requirements that may impact the bank’s IT systems.
- Ensuring compliance: Ensuring that the bank’s IT systems comply with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies.
- Conducting risk assessments: Conducting risk assessments of the bank’s IT systems to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Professional qualifications such as CISA, CISSP, or equivalent.
• 3+ years of working experience in IT auditing, technology risk management, or information security in the banking, insurance, or financial services sector.
• Familiarity with HKMA regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical, communication, and influencing skills.
• Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English.
