Responsibilities:

  • Process the customers’ requests on enrollment, contribution allocation, switching and benefit payment.
  • Manage the assigned MPF fund accounts.
  • Handle enquiries from customers .
  • Support on business project ad hoc task provided by the management.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Post-Secondary or Diploma with 2 years of pension / MPF insurance experience.
  • Work under pressure with positive working attitude.
  • Strong customer service mindset and communication skills.
  • Familiar in Microsoft Office & Chinese Input.
  • Proficient command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Officer.
