This role is to support business development of life insurance products through referrals from business channels in order to meet sales and business objectives.
The incumbent will be report to department head directly.
Job Description:
- Explore new business opportunities for insurance products thru referrals from various business channels.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with clients and personnel from business channels to generate sales.
- Ensure the implementation of marketing initiatives and services according to regulatory requirements and company standard and expectation.
- Participates in ad-hoc projects when required.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree with 2 years’ experience in insurance front line and insurance sales support experience at bank/bancassurance is preferable.
- IIQE or equivalent with sound insurance and investment linked products knowledge is required.
- Pro-active, outgoing, customer-focused, target driven with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Superb command in written and verbal English and Chinese.
- Frequent travel to Macau is required.
