Our client is one of the well-known insurance group with life insurance business across Hong Kong and Macau. To cope with their business expansion. They are currently looking for CSO supporting their business growth.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Handle on day-to-day enquiries and requests from customers and different distribution channels both phone in / walk in teams / email.
  • Provide customer service, handle follow-up enquiries and problem solving in relation to after-sales and new business service issues.
  • Cooperate with other teams and team members to ensure timely resolution of customer requests and problems.
  • Support ad hoc projects and administrative work.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Post-Secondary or Diploma with 3~4 years of CS experience in Insurance, Finance related or Telecommunication.
  • Work under pressure with positive working attitude.
  • Strong customer service mindset and communication skills.
  • Familiar in Microsoft Office & Chinese Input.
  • Proficient command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Officer.

 

Languages

Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
