Our client is looking for an HR manager supporting their recruitment and daily operation.
The incumbent will be reporting to HR Director directly.
- Drive, implement and monitor recruitment projects and strategies, support daily HR operation.
- Oversees and ensure project deadlines are in line with the current HR practice and standard.
- Work closely with HR BP to review and implement effective HR policy and recruitment strategies.
- Participated in ad-hoc project when required.
- Bachelor degree with HR management or any related disciplines.
- Minimum 10 years in HR recruitment and generalist position with at least 3 years in a Managerial position
- Passionate and very flexible and able to work under pressure and tide deadline.
- Proficient in MS office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Excellent command in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
