Our client is currently looking for a Human Resources Manager supporting their recruitment function.

The incumbent will be reporting to Department head directly.

 

Job Description:

  • Review, formulate and implement recruitment strategies, policies and procedures.
  • Perform all round recruitment processes from drafting job description, posting job advertisement to on boarding.
  • Work closely with various business units to provide professional advice on recruitment related matters.
  • Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned.

 

Job Requirements:

  • University graduate in Human Resources Management or related discipline.
  • 6 – 8 years of solid experience in recruitment, sourcing in sizable organization is preferred.
  • Good knowledge in HK Employment Ordinances and other HR related regulations.
  • Excellent people and communication skills with good planning and analytical.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office applications.
  • Superb command in both spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
