Our client is looking for HR Manager with a focus on Data Analytics supporting the HR operation.
The incumbent will be reporting to Head of HR directly.
Job Description:
- Perform HR data analytics to ensure data accuracy in system and governance.
- Prepare and consolidate analysis reports, provide insightful views and recommendations to management.
- Prepare market trends analysis and yearly salary analysis.
- Provide support in account servicing role.
- Participates in HR projects when required.
Job Requirements:
- Degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant working experience, Insurance or financial industry experience is preferable.
- Sound in data analytics and knowledge in HK Employment ordinance, MPF regulations and other related legislation.
- Well-organized, independent with strong sense of responsibility and able to work under tight deadline.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Superb command in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
